I. Vision
The Pasay City North High School Guidance Center envisions itself as an integral unit of the school system that will promote the welfare of students and meet their needs for optimum development as global citizens.

II. Mission
The Guidance Center is committed to play a significant role in the holistic development of students by providing them functional programs and services in terms of academic, personal, social, moral, career, and emotional aspects of their life that will mold them to become self-directed, value-oriented, productive and globally competent individuals.

III. Goals and Objectives
It hopes to provide a guidance and counseling program that will assist students maximize their potentials. Specifically, it aims to:
1. Enhance and deepen the students’ understanding of their capabilities, interests, values and potentials that will make them fully functioning individuals.
2. Help students acquire necessary skills that will lead them toward self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-direction.
3. Provide students useful information needed for better human relation and adjustment.
4. Assist students in career planning, career exploration and goal setting to prepare them in the world of work.
5. Address immediate concerns of students in the different aspects of their life, namely: personal, moral, social, emotional, mental, etc.

IV. Guidance Services
A. Counseling
It is the heart of the guidance program. It enables students develop their abilities in the areas of personal and social adjustment as well as academic planning and career decision-making. Parents and teachers are also extended counseling service especially in dealing with growing adolescents.

B. Inventory
It is designed to gather all reliable data, information and records, and assemble and compile these materials for their functional use.

C. Information
Materials are made available to aid students in making appropriate choices, plans and decisions.

D. Follow-up
This guidance service assists students determine the areas of their life that need further adjustment.

E. Placement
Placement service will aid students in making choices consistent with their abilities, aptitudes, interests and skills.

F. Career
This program can help prepare students develop their full potential through self-awareness, career planning and exploration, decision-making and goal setting that could ultimately lead them into a meaningful and productive career choice.

G. Evaluation
This will give students a realistic appraisal of their strengths and weaknesses, abilities, interests and type of personality. It also serves as a determinant of the effectiveness of the implementation program.
